This dumb cold is hanging on and dragging me down!
Yet, I was still productive. :)

1. laundry
~ 15 min.

2. cleaned out the refrigerator and freezer
~ 30 min.


blog entries without photos are boring. heehee :)


3. measured my windows to get an estimate for blinds
~ 5 min.

4. ignored my negative friend PIERRE (told you i was going to call you out on my blog!!!!) who told me that "having a child is a 24-hour a day job, Laura" and "you will severely hamper your chances of ever meeting someone if you become a mom, Laura". WHY does he feel the need to say things like this?! is he trying to dissuade me? well, it won't work, PIERRE!!! i KNOW it will be a 24-hour a day job. i got it. and so.. what? don't do it? (but this is coming from the same person who said i'd have a better chance of being in a terrorist attack than getting married after 40). sorry for the ranting, but i am sick and in no mood for negative comments!!! :-< ~ 10 annoying min. 5. spent time with my neighbor and her adorable 2 month old daughter. she lives 2 doors down and although we have only known each other for 4 months we are discovering we know many of the same people, have many similar interests and are facing some similar challenges. it's so nice to have a new friend with a new baby close by. ~ 120 minutes
