I ditched the Chicken Marbella idea and decided to make this instead. Much less labor intensive. It sounded (and smelled!) really good but it was just ok. Naomi didn't like it at all but maybe that's because she really just wanted to eat bananas. Maybe it will be better tomorrow.
This is right before I turned on the Crock Pot. Man, I love that thing. I need to use it more.
